Shipping

Delivery is mainly carried out by courier companies GLS, DPD, UPS.
The customer will be notified by email about the shipment.
Orders are shipped from a warehouse in Ukraine within 4 business days from the moment the order is placed on the online store.
When purchasing spare parts through the store, it is not possible to receive a European invoice or receipt.

Warranty & Returns

No warranty obligations apply to any of the sold products.
Purchased parts can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Once a purchased part has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
All return shipping costs are to be fully covered by the buyer.
Spare parts containing electronic components are non-returnable.

Payment

The price indicated for each product is valid at the time the order is placed by the customer.
The store reserves the right to change the prices of offered products, introduce new products to the online store’s assortment, conduct and cancel promotions on the store’s website, or make changes to them.
