We ordered and paid in full ($450.00+shipp ing $50.00) for a part, and they contacted us asking for more money to ship it, when we already paid asking amount and shipping. i emailed them back asking for a full refund. even if its a legit company I already paid the full asking amount and shipping and it hasn't even shipped yet and i ordered it almost 3 weeks ago. bad business ethics and false advertising. I would not recommend this company and further more needs to fix their prices online to match they're actual prices! very unhappy will be contacting Toyota as well and let them know how one of their parts manufactures treat customers. I ordered a filter for a variator transmission from this company. Delivery was to Ireland, all filters are already in the variator. Support is available 7/24. I recommend this company.

It was disappointing to see used parts inside the box. Since I had to wait so long to get I didn't bother to return and wait for another one. But I ordered with an good faith that product will be new as advertised .

Extremely slowly, took about 2 weeks from Poland to Finland even i pay extra for UPS service. Part was ok
